Rotherham golf course

This in my opiniom is one of the best courses in the area.

The course just oozes quality as you drive down the long tree lined driveway between the fairways where you are greeted with a mansion type building that is the clubhouse. Here you will find the golf pro and a small shop selling golfing equipment. There is also a bar and snacks are available from here.

This is a private golf course but paying golfers are welcome.Visiting golfers are welcome in the week but places are limited at the weekend. Its best to book in advance as this course does get very busy.

There is no driving range at this course but there is a practise area and practise net.

Expect to pay approx £30.00 a round in the week and £35.00 a round at the weekend.

The golf course is always in excellent condition with well manicured greens and tee boxes. There are some very wide fairways on some of the holes that gives you confidence to hit a big drive down the middle of it.....in theory anyway.
